Support Policy

We provide support in 2 ways. 1.) We provide free customer support in order to meet expectations and build a valued relationship with clients.2.) We provide product support based on a fee for service contract.

 

Order Processing and Delivery

We accept online orders using a 3rd party service that specializes in secure ecommerce transactions. Your personal information and credit card number is encrypted whenever you place an order with us.

Merchandise is usually shipped within 48 hours after payment has been processed. We strive to to deliver merchandise to your location within 10 business days via by FedEx or UPS. In most cases, we'll exceed these guidelines.

 

Return Policy

All purchases are final. We'd be glad to support you before and after a purchase using our support policy.
