Great NEWS Coach - Key Distinctions:
- Be flexible and enjoy variety. Pick and choose to best suit your needs.
- Saturday or Sunday is often the best day to shop and prepare the more elaborate meals as well as plan out the week.
- Drink 6-8 ounces of water at least 30 minutes before every meal or snack.
- Fruit should be fresh not canned.
- Coconut and raw nuts and seeds can be interchanged any day and everyday if you choose. Remember they should be used sparingly as a treat and not a meal. That means not more than 2 one inch squares of fresh coconut, 2-3 Tbs. of nuts and seeds. As an example would be 6 – 8 Brazil nuts
- Be sure to eat lots of fresh vegetables and prepare all vegetable dishes with minimal heat to preserve the enzyme and nutritional value.
- Any Energy Elixir or fresh fruit day can be switched out to the other. You can also have an energy Elixir any day that you so choose.
